Evening Classes

London School of Business & Finance offers you the flexibility to fit your studies around your existing commitments. Ideally suited to individuals who want to study for a first-class business education alongside their current careers.

LSBF has launched two new part-time classes: IELTS Evening course and Academic Writing. The next programme will start on 1st August 2011.

 
  • IELTS Evening Course expand

    Developed by Cambridge University, the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is a globally recognised examination; primarily used to determine whether students have an adequate level of English to study for academic undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at a UK university.

    Our evening course is ideal for individuals who require the flexibility of part-time study, in order to work towards their qualification, alongside their careers. They'll also want to develop the English skills necessary to secure a top position in the UK.

    Students who achieve a minimum of 6.5 IELTS are able to progress on to studying for a Masters or Bachelors.

    How many hours per week will I study?

    You will be required to study 6 hours per week; 2 hours each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with classes running from 6.30pm-8.30pm. You can study for 8 weeks or 16 weeks, for a total of 48 or 96 hours.

  • Academic Writing Course expand

    The Academic Writing Course has been designed to develop the skills necessary to write good quality assignments. It supports ambitious students who wish to undertake an undergraduate degree and Master's programme with London School of Business and Finance  or a UK university.

    It is also ideal for individuals who require the flexibility of part-time study, in order to work towards this qualification, alongside any existing commitments. By the end of the course students will  benefit from stronger research, language and study skills, crucial for success at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

    How many hours per week will I study?

    You'll be required to attend 4 hours of study per week; 2 hours every Tuesday and Thursday. Classes run from 6.30pm-8.30pm for a total of 8 weeks (32 hours).
